7/4/17 – We’ve just returned from a two-week residency at the wonderful Avaloch Farm Music Institute in New Hampshire! Among other things, we began work on an extended, collaborative piece to be premiered in 2018 – more on that soon. In the meantime, we’re nailing down a date for our second performance of “Chemistry,” slated for Fall of this year.
5/20/17 – A huge thanks goes out to all the incredible musicians involved with “Chemistry!” The six piece program included three world premieres – and among them was James Newton’s “The Voice of One Crying in the Wilderness,” performed by the stunning Daniel Rosenboom. The honor of presenting this master work is immense. Thank you, James!
4/2/17 – This weekend, we take “Water and Power” on the road to the San Francisco Bay Area with workshops and performances at the California Jazz Conservatory and Las Positas College. Joining us will be the incomparable HOCKET and Aperture Duos.
